Reading Notes: Pattanaik: Seven Secrets of the Goddess Part B

 I decided to watch the videos by Devdutt Pattanaik regarding the seven secrets of the goddesses. These videos, like the others I have seen for reading in previous weeks, were extremely descriptive and contained so much beautiful imagery. The theme of female deities being loved and then abused by their male counterparts is one that these videos exemplify. One story that really stuck out to me was the story of Sedna and her father. Sedna was killed by her father and fell into the ocean where she became animals such as eels and fish.
